The production time for the showcased sample is 2 weeks. Any design alterations may extend the production duration, and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
We're flexible with delivery options to suit your convenience. The delivery timeframe and cost will vary depending on the service provider you select.
All items are custom-made to order. Therefore, we require a 50% advance payment of the total item cost. Payment options include card or cash if you prefer to visit our office.
As all products crafted under the INTRO by Chak brand are bespoke, they are not eligible for returns. In the event of a defect, please reach out to us. We'll conduct an expert examination, and if the defect is confirmed, we'll arrange for the product to be rectified in production.
